A credit is a unit that enables you to use PixelPro.ai to remove the background on a full resolution image in high quality.

You can use credits directly on PixelPro.ai, and soon on our Windows / Mac / Linux apps and via the PixelPro.ai API.

We offer various credit packages that will allow you to use PixelPro.ai according to your needs.

When you choose a credit pack from the Pay as you go section, credits are added one time into your account according to the package you purchased, and you can use these credits within two years from the date of purchase.

Each processed image at full resolution will cost you 1 credit.

We use advanced AI technology that helps detect foreground layers and separate them from the background.
If you are editing product photos or model shots, PixelPro.ai has several additional algorithms in place that can handle the challenging edges, hair areas, or other such details very well.

The training algorithms are specifically focused on these types of images to provide professional-grade background removal services.

We support all major Credit Cards through Stripe.com.

If you have an account on PixelPro.ai, you can upload any image in JPG or PNG format, with a file size of up to 50 megabytes.

Please keep in mind that smaller file size images can be uploaded and processed faster.

There are tools available that you can use to optimize your file size without decreasing the quality of your images.
We encourage you to keep that aspect in mind when you upload your images. Because our models and scripts are focused on model and product images, those are the best images to process.

This way, you will have the best possible results. That does not mean that any other images will not work.

Preview images are low-resolution images that you can download for FREE using PixelPro.ai.
The image's dimensions will be limited to 600 px (width or height).
To process higher resolution images, you will need to have an account and credits available.

You can test PixelPro.ai using the free version that allows you to download a low-resolution version of your images. You will get an impression of the quality level for your specific images.

You can also test and try our application with images at high-resolution by creating a FREE account. You will get 10 credits that will allow you to process 10 images.

If you have purchased one of our Credit Packages and are not satisfied with the results, you will be refunded for those images. You will be able to use our 15 Days Money Back Guarantee!

To place a refund request, you would have to fill out this form. We will then review your request within 5 days and contact you via email.

Pay as you go credits are valid for 2 years after the purchase.

In this case, we recommend that you purchase another credits package suited for your needs.

If you use all your credits, it will no longer be possible to use PixelPro.ai to remove the background from high-resolution images. You are still able to process preview images, which are always FREE.

When you access and use the Site, we process, store, and use certain information following the principles set out in this Privacy Policy. We will limit the collection and use of your information to a minimum. We will only collect such information as required to help you use the Site or keep you informed about the services offered by us or our affiliates. The information You provide may also be used for analytical and statistical purposes, as specified herein.
